Gamestop currently ships only to Singapore and Malaysia. We are still currently improving our services. We hope to be able to serve you soon.

What is your refund policy?

Our Returns and Refund Policy is only applicable to products purchased directly under Gamestop online store and the procedure for returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date the item was delivered.

How do I cancel my order?

Tracking number will be sent to your email address within 24 hours once payment is confirmed.

If you chose to pay by check or money order and have not yet sent your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

What should i do after confirming payment with GameStop?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS. After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 working days for local items.

Yes! GameStop have both Andriod and iOS app that you can download from app store.

I ordered multiple items, but only received 1. Where are my other items?

If you ordered from multiple sellers in one order, then you will receive your order in separate parcels from each seller. If you ordered all items from the same seller and still find some items missing in your parcel, then please reach out to use at GameStop Contact Page and we will investigate the matter for you right away.

Can I prearrange the date I want to get the delivery?

We apologize that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the courier partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.

Do you delivery during weekends and holidays?
